Rosenblatt Group plc, the professional legal services company, announces that Adrian Harris, Head of Insolvency and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") purchased 9,969 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of £1.0532 per Ordinary Share on 11 July 2019.
Following this purchase, Mr Harris has a total beneficial interest in 983,214 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
