Directorate Change
The Board of RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP) announces that Group Finance Director, Suzanne Drakeford-Lewis will, for personal reasons, resign as a director with immediate effect, and take a six-month sabbatical.
In her place, the Board has appointed Kevin McNair as Interim Finance Director (non-Board) for this period. Kevin has more than 25 years' experience in financial management and capital markets. He has spent the past 18 years as finance director and chief financial officer of various publicly quoted and privately-owned businesses, including most recently as interim CFO at Ebiquity plc, and as CFO at GYG Plc.
Suzanne is expected to resume her duties in January 2024. The Board welcomes Kevin to the Group and looks forward to the return of Suzanne after her sabbatical.
