Convex Capital Update
RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the professional services group, is pleased to announce the Group's specialist sell-side M&A advisory business, Convex Capital Limited ("Convex Capital"), has exchanged contracts on the sale of a manufacturing business on behalf of a client. Convex Capital will receive a fee of c. £1 million when the deal receives regulatory approval which is anticipated before the year-end.
