Dividend declaration
On 3 October 2017, Revolution announced its preliminary results for the 52 weeks ended 1 July 2017. In that announcement, the board of directors of Revolution announced a recommended final dividend of 3.3 pence per share, subject to approval by shareholders at Revolution's next annual general meeting and subject to the proposed acquisition of Revolution by Stonegate Pub Company Limited not having completed prior to the date of Revolution's next annual general meeting.
