Director/PDMR shareholding

On 8 March 2010, the Company received notifications of the following beneficial interests arising in the ordinary shares of the Company, all of which arose on 8 March 2010:

Each of these interests has arisen as a result of the vesting of awards granted on 9 March 2007 under the group's 2007 Employee Share Plan.

As a result of the beneficial interests arising on 8 March 2010 set out above, the total beneficial holdings of each of these directors is set out below:

Simon Kaye had an existing beneficial interest prior to the above transaction of 8,902 ordinary shares of the Company. Following the above transaction, he has a total beneficial holding of 23,175 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.053 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Jonathan Seal had an existing beneficial interest prior to the above transaction of 33,743 ordinary shares of the Company. Following the above transaction, he has a total beneficial holding of 44,927 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.102 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Tomas Street had an existing beneficial interest prior to the above transaction of 3,358 ordinary shares of the Company. Following the above transaction, he has a total beneficial holding of 14,397 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.033 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
