Rensburg Sheppards plc ('the Company') 

Additional Listing 

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 400,000 ordinary shares of 10 90/91pence each to be listed under a block listing pursuant to the Rensburg Sheppards plc 2008 Savings-Related Share Option Scheme, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. It is expected that admission will occur and trading will commence on 4 February 2009. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
