Total voting rights

Quintain Estates and Development plc ('the Company') notifies the market that, as at 1 July 2013, the ordinary issued share capital of the Company consists of 520,998,414 ordinary shares and 5,234 ordinary shares held in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 521,003,648.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
