Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

Playtech plc has been notified of the following dealings in its ordinary shares by certain Directors/PDMRs of the Company as follows:
Moran Weizer, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 134,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £1.34 per share on 19 March 2020.
Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 45,000 Shares at a price of £1.29 per share on 19 March 2020.
The notifications for Moran Weizer and Andrew Smith can be found below. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
The purchases made by Moran Weizer and Andrew Smith are in accordance with the requirements of the Company's remuneration policy, under which 25% of annual bonus is deferred into shares for two years
