DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that on 31 January 2020 it made the following Long Term Inventive Plan ("LTIP") awards over ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to certain of its directors and PDMRs. Each award is subject to a vesting period of three years and the achievement of certain challenging performance conditions. Further details of the applicable conditions will be provided in the Group's forthcoming annual report for the year ended 31 October 2019.
