HOLDINGS IN COMPANY AND DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Blue Prism, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that Alastair Bathgate, Chief Executive Officer, has today sold 650,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 1.0 per cent of the issued share capital of Blue Prism at a price of 800 pence per share.
Following this sale Alastair Bathgate retains an interest in 5,658,462 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.1 per cent of Blue Prism's issued share capital. The remainder of the Ordinary Shares retained by Mr. Bathgate are now subject to a lock-in which has been extended for a period of six months from the date of this announcement.
