SHARE TRADING LINE CONSOLIDATION
ProPhotonix Limited (London Stock Exchange ‐ AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC: STKR), a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules with operations in Ireland and the United Kingdom, today announces that further to the regulatory announcement dated August 10, 2018, the AIM trading line for shares issued in accordance with Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended ("Reg S") (PPIR, ISIN USU743121142) will cease trading at 4:30 p.m. (UK time) on September 19, 2018 and the Company will transfer 22,042,143 common shares from the PPIR line to the Company's depository interest ("DI") trading line PPIX (ISIN US7434651060) (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, 93,000,402 common shares will trade on AIM under the DI trading line PPIX (ISIN US7434651060) and trade over‐the‐counter in the United States of America under STKR.
Accordingly, from Thursday, September 20, 2018, all ProPhotonix shares admitted to trading on AIM will trade under PPIX, ISIN US7434651060. For further information, visit the Company web site at www.prophotonix.com/investors/
