Director's Dealing

The Company was informed that on 21 March 2012 Mr T J Woolley, Chief Executive of Polar Capital, sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at 200p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Woolley is interested in a total of 6,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.46% of the Company's issued share capital.
