Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)
The Company has been notified that Mr. Samir Ayub, Finance Director, sold 6,786 Ordinary shares in the Company on 7 February 2024, as detailed below.
Following this, Mr. Ayub remains interested in the Ordinary shares of the Company through his personal holdings, deferment of short-term bonuses and awards under the Company's long term incentive plan, as disclosed in the 2023 Annual Report.
