A copy of the Offer Documentwill be available for inspection at the offices of DLA Piper UK LLP, 3 NobleStreet, London EC2V 7EE during normal business hours on any weekday (publicholidays excepted) until the end of the Offer Period. If you hold Polaron Shares in certificated form, to accept the Offer, you shouldcomplete, sign and return a Form of Acceptance for each holding to ComputershareInvestor Services PLC at PO Box 859, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, BristolBS99 1XZ as soon as possible and in any event so as to be received by no laterthan 3.00 p.m. (London time) on 13 March 2007. Acceptances in respect ofuncertificated Polaron Shares should be made electronically through CREST sothat the TTE Instruction settles by no later than 3.00 p.m. (London time) on 13March 2007.
