Polaron PLC17 November 2006 POLARON PLC (the 'Company') 17 November 2006 ADDITIONAL LISTING Application has been made for the admission to AIM of 896,730 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares'), as follows: - 65,360 Shares are being issued at 76.5 pence per share, being the final portion of the deferred consideration payable for the acquisition of Polaron Communications Limited, as described in the Company's admission document dated 26 March 2004; and - 831,370 Shares are being issued at 72.17 pence per share as deferred consideration payable for the acquisition of DMS Controls Limited, following achievement of pre-tax profits for the period ending 30 June 2006, as described in the Company's announcement dated 21 July 2005.
