Polaron PLC20 December 2005 POLARON PLC (the 'Company') 20 December 2005 ADDITIONAL LISTING Application has been made for the admission to AIM of 80,214 new ordinary sharesof 10p each in the Company ('Shares') issued at 93.5 pence per share as part of the £100,000 deferred consideration payable for the acquisition of Polaron Communications Limited, as described in the Company's admission document dated 26 March 2004. The balance of the deferred consideration of £25,000 will be payable in cash. Dealings in the Shares are expected to commence on 28 December 2005.
