Pantheon International Plc announces that on 28 August 2025 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 6.7 pence each (Shares) on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities Plc.

A buyback of Ordinary Shares by the Company on any trading day may represent a significant proportion of the daily trading volume in the Ordinary Shares on the Exchange.
