Additional Listing - Blocklisting

The Company announces that application has been made to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc for the block admission of 9,736,687 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of warrants issued to shareholders of the Company as at 31 March 2011 pursuant to a warrant instrument of the same date ("the Warrants"). The Warrants are exercisable on or before 29 June 2013 at a price of 18p per share.

The Company currently has in issue 284,271,187 ordinary shares of 1p each.
