The OFT has published the text of its decision taken on 25 October 2012 on the completed acquisition by Boparan Holdings Ltd (BHL) of R F Brookes chilled food and Avana bakeries that it has accepted appropriate undertakings from BHL to address the competition concerns arising from the merger.
