In common with all eligible employees, directors and PDMRs were invited on 13 September 2012 to participate in the Premier Foods plc 2012 Sharesave Scheme and were given the option to buy ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 51.5p in 3 years time.
