The Company was notified on 31 March 2010 of the following acquisition of Premier Foods plc ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Shares") by a Director of the Company:

David Beever, Non-executive Director

On 31 March 2010, Mr Beever Acquired 56,500 Shares at £0.3363 per Share. Following the acquisition, his total holding is 169,000 Shares representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued capital.
