Directorate Update
Following the announcement on 25 November 2011 concerning the appointment of Mark Moran as Chief Financial Officer, Mr Moran has been appointed a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Jim Smart has simultaneously resigned as a Director of the Company and will remain with the business for a transitional period.
Mr Moran currently holds 17,540,000 shares in Premier Foods plc.
