BTG plc: Directorship Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14

London, UK, 11 June 2012: Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), BTG plc (LSE: BTG) ("the Company") announces that Louise Makin, who is Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Intertek Group plc with effect from 1 July 2012. In addition, Louise Makin will retire from the Board of Premier Foods plc as planned on 30 September 2012, when she will have completed six years as a Non-executive Director.
