Director declaration

The Company was notified on 26 March 2010 that Mr Tim Kelly, Chief Operating Officer Hovis and Chilled, has become a non-executive director of a publically quoted company, CPP Plc, following the floatation of that company on 24 March 2010. Mr Kelly had been a non-executive director of the company prior to its floatation since 2003.

This disclosure is made pursuant paragraph 9.6.14 of the listing rules.
