Notification of Transactions by
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that Bridget Pinchbeck has sold a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of US$0.025 each in the Company (the "Shares"). 100,000 Shares were sold at 1182.06 pence per Share on 22 March 2010 and 100,000 Shares were sold at 1218.22 pence per Share on 23 March 2010. Bridget Pinchbeck is Robin Pinchbeck's wife and Robin Pinchbeck is a PDMR of the Company.
Following these transactions, Bridget Pinchbeck's total holding in the Company amounts to 700,000 Shares, representing 0.202 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,629,656 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.
