Further to the announcement made on 14 December 2017, the Company confirms that the following committee changes have been made with immediate effect as a result of Sara Akbar's appointment to the Board:

Nominations Committee: Rijnhard van Tets (Chairman), Andrea Abt, Sara Akbar, Matthias Bichsel, René Médori and George Pierson

Remuneration Committee: Matthias Bichsel (Chairman), Andrea Abt and Sara Akbar

There are no additional disclosures in respect of paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the FCA Listing Rules.
