Pennant International Group PLC27 March 2006 For immediate release 27 March 2006 PENNANT INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC: NEW 5 YEAR CONTRACT Pennant awarded £3.8 million Service Provision Contract by MoD Pennant International Group plc, announces that its training systems subsidiary,Pennant Training Systems Ltd., has been awarded a new service provision contractby the Ministry of Defence for five years with an option for a further 2 years. The contract is worth an initial £3.8 million and has provision for additionalservices throughout the life of the contract which could significantly enhanceits overall value. The contract is to provide training equipment support at 4 RAF bases includingthe Defence College for Aeronautical Engineering ('DCAE') Cosford and the Armyand Royal Navy establishments DCAE Arborfield and DCAE Sultan. It will includemaintenance engineering, design and software support to both hardware andsoftware based training systems.
