Appointment of non-executive Director

Pennant International Group plc ("Pennant" or "the Group"), the AIM quoted supplier of integrated logistic support solutions, products and services, principally to the defence, rail, aerospace and naval sectors and to Government Departments, is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Moore as non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

Mr Moore, aged 50, has over 25 years' experience within a variety of advisory, executive and non-executive roles and is also a member of the CBI Management Board.

The following details in relation to the appointment of Mr Moore are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:
