registered number 3937466 on 25 February 2000) Share code on AIM: PAF Share code on JSE: PAN ISIN: GB0004300496 Interim Dividend No. 1 of 0.2555 pence per share

Further to the unaudited interim results announcement of 26 February 2009, the equivalent of the dividend is 3.7806 South African cents per share based on the ruling rate of GBP1 = ZAR14.7969 on Thursday, 5 March 2009. Accordingly, shareholders on the Company's South African register will receive a dividend payment of 3.7806 South African cents per share.
