registered number 3937466 on 25 February 2000) Share code on AIM: PAF Share code on JSE: PAN ISIN: GB0004300496 ISSUE OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS

The Company has issued and allotted 4,000,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of share options. Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and JSE Limited ('JSE'). Admission to trading on AIM and listing on JSE is expected to occur on 1 September 2010.

Following this issue the Company's issued capital is 1,413,540,711 ordinary shares of 1p each.
