Replacement - VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
The following replaces the Voting Rights and Capital announcement released 29 August 2008 at 17:29. The previous announcement referred to the total number of voting rights in the company being 30,415,700. The correct figure should have been 30,486,468.

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to notify the market of the following:
Close Brothers AIM VCT plc's capital as at 29 August 2008 consists of 31,930,030 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p each, with voting rights. Close Brothers AIM VCT plc holds 1,443,562 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close Brothers AIM VCT plc is 30,486,468 (the 'Figure').
The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Close Brothers AIM VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
