Confirmation of Change of Name
Further to the announcements made by WisdomTree Oil Securities Limited (the "Issuer") (formerly known as ETFS Oil Securities Limited) on 31 July 2019 and 13 September 2019, the Issuer announces that, following the issue by the Jersey registrar of companies of a revised certificate of incorporation dated 26 September 2019, its change of name to WisdomTree Oil Securities Limited has now become effective.
The Issuer announces that by publication of a Supplementary Prospectus dated 20 May 2019 it has changed the name of the Issuer and the Collateralised Currency securities in the main body of the Prospectus dated 7 June 2019.
The Issuer further announces that the changes made by the supplemental trust instrument dated 31 July 2019 have also become effective and accordingly the classes of Energy Securities now in issue are now named as follows:
