The Board of Oilex Ltd (the Company) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Haywood as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective 29 May 2017.

Paul has a wealth of experience in capital markets, investment advisory, corporate affairs and the operational management of early stage and growth companies including six years in the Middle East. More recently, Paul has held senior management positions with UK and Australian public companies in the natural resource and energy sectors, with International experience in the UK, Middle East and Eurasia.

Paul is currently Executive Director of Block Energy Plc and resource focussed advisory firm, Plutus Strategies Ltd.

Chairman of Oilex, Brad Lingo, said;

"In addition to Paul's strength in business development in the resources and energy sectors, Paul's appointment reinforces the Company's commitment to supporting its strong UK investor base. Paul joins the Company as an additional Independent NED, further strengthening the Board's governance requirements."
