Record June Quarter Trading performance

Octagonal Plc (AIM: OCT), announces a record quarter of business activity for its new 100% owned UK-based settlements and global custody business, Global Investment Strategy UK Ltd ("GIS"), with both impressive growth in transactions on behalf of its existing client base and strong new client growth.

1st Quarter to June 30th 2015 Trading Summary Update:

· Over 12,000 transactions for the month of June, being a record month for GIS;

· 50.3% increase in total settled transactions for the quarter compared to the same quarter 2014, with total transactions exceeding 30,000; and

· Total new clients increased during the quarter by 120.

Octagonal, as a result of its Reverse Takeover of GIS, became the 100% owner of GIS on 30 June 2015.

GIS is a London Stock Exchange member firm and is regulated by the FCA whose main business activities are focused on providing:

· Global settlement and safe custody services

· Fund management and Investment advisory services to wealth managers and professional clients

· Corporate Finance and Broking.

We will remain focused this year on our core activities and cash generation whilst, in the medium to long term, with our increased management, we will look for further organic growth and also growth through acquisition, but only where we see an enhancement to earnings."
