Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) announces that it has received notice that Vulpes Life Sciences Fund and Testudo Fund, which are controlled by Non-Executive Director, Stephen Diggle, have purchased 98,533 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("shares") and 99,471 shares respectively, at an aggregate price of 41.9p per share.
Following this transaction, Vulpes Life Sciences Fund is interested in 13,909,203 shares, representing 13.86% of the Company's current issued share capital and Vulpes Testudo Fund is interested in 1,031,675 shares, representing 1.03% of the Company's current issued share capital. Through the holdings of Vulpes Life Sciences Fund and Vulpes Testudo Fund, Stephen Diggle is interested in 14,940,878 shares, representing approximately 14.89% of the Company's current issued share capital.
