Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) announces that it has received notice that Dr Alexandre Akoulitchev, the Group's Chief Scientific Officer and an Executive Director, has purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 29.59p per share.
Following this transaction, Dr Akoulitchev is interested in 6,253,082 shares, representing 6.23% of the Company's current issued share capital.
