Posting of Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Nucleus Financial Group plc announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9am on Thursday 23 May 2019 at the Crown Plaza Edinburgh, 18 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh, EH7 5AQ.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, together with the Notice of AGM, will be available at https://nucleusfinancial.com/investors on the Company's website and will be posted today to those shareholders who (following our recent electronic communications mailing) have elected to continue to receive hard copy communications from the Company. Proxy forms will be posted to all shareholders today, along with attendance cards for the AGM.
