Final Terms dated 9 November 2016 (the "Final Terms") in relation to the National Express Group PLC (the "Issuer") £400,000,000 2.50 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2023 guaranteed by West Midlands Travel Limited under the Issuer's £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
