Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
On 15 March 2017 awards to the following Executive Directors under the National Express Group Executive Deferred Bonus Plan (the 'Plan'), which were granted on 15 March 2016, automatically vested as summarised below.

On 15 March 2017 Mr Finch sold 129,550 shares at a price of £3.59 per share. Mr Finch's personal tax and national insurance contributions liability arising on the vesting of the shares will be paid out of the proceeds of this sale. Mr Finch's beneficial shareholding in the Company remains at 137,598 Ordinary shares.
On 15 March 2017 Mr Ashley sold 40,278 shares at a price of £3.59 per share. Mr Ashley's personal tax and national insurance contributions liability arising on the vesting of the shares will be paid out of the proceeds of this sale. Mr Ashley's beneficial shareholding in the Company remains at 87,891 Ordinary shares.
