Further to the announcement on 28 June 2016, the Company can confirm that 948,124 new Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the conversion of the 938,892 B Shares outstanding as at the Record Date. Admission of these new Ordinary Shares to the Premium Segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is expected at 8:00 a.m. today ("Admission").
Effective from Admission, the Company's share capital will consist of 127,933,913 Ordinary Shares, each Ordinary Share conferring upon the holder one vote. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 127,933,913. In addition, there are 616,163 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
This figure (127,933,913) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
