Contract win

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, is pleased to announce that its Antenna division has received an order from a system house for the manufacture of military antennas worth a total of approximately US$0.75m, which are to be delivered within 12 months.

Commenting on the contract win, Moni Borovitz, CEO, said: "We are seeing more local system houses outsourcing their antenna manufacturing and we are very happy to accommodate this demand. This is the second customer where we have been chosen as the manufacturer for the customer's existing product. In this case the order is from a new customer that chose MTI to be the manufacturing partner for these antennas and we believe that this is the start of a long term relationship, which has the potential to be extended to other types of antennas."
