MTI Wireless Edge Ltd ('MTI' or the 'Company')

Result of Annual General Meeting

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the company which was held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed. 

As announced on 25 February 2009, the Board of MTI has proposed a dividend of 1.16 cents per ordinary share. Shareholders on the UK depository receipt register at the record date will receive their dividend in pounds sterling based on the USD/GPB exchange rate on 30 March 2009. Details of the dividend payment timetable are set out below:

Ex-dividend Date:  11 March 2009

Record Date: 13 March 2009

Payment Date: 3 April 2009
