AGM Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of MTI will be held at the offices of Execution Noble & Company Limited, 120 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR, on Thursday, 13 May, 2010 at 3pm (GMT) to present the Report and Accounts, re-appoint Directors and re-appoint the Company's auditors.

Notice of the AGM will be sent to all shareholders of the Company by March 24th.
