Grant of options
The Group announces that, pursuant to the Group's unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme"), and as approved by the Remuneration Committee on 14 September 2015, the Board has granted options over 90,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group, all at an exercise price of 530p pence per share. Options were granted to the following Director:

The remainder of the options have been granted to a senior employee.
All of the options issued above are exercisable from 14 September 2018 until 14 September 2030 with the condition, as noted in the latest Annual report and financial statements, that there is a greater than inflationary improvement in the Group's earnings per share between the date of grant and the date of exercise.
