As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 9 February 2017 Mr Murray Smith, Group Managing Director, sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 771 pence per share. Murray Smith now holds a beneficial interest in 88,136 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
