Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated
Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 3 April 2019 Ian Mattioli, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR, transferred 70,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a charitable trust for nil consideration.
Ian Mattioli's total interest in Ordinary Shares therefore remains unchanged at 3,371,131 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.62%, which includes shares held by his spouse and the charitable trust under his direction.
