Mothercare announces management change
Mothercare plc announces today that Neil Harrington has resigned as an Executive Director and Finance Director of the Company to take a role with a private equity organisation.
Neil joined Mothercare in January 2006 and has contributed to Mothercare's development as a strong international brand, with over 1,300 stores worldwide.
Alan Parker, Executive Chairman of Mothercare plc, said "I would like to thank Neil for his significant contribution to Mothercare over the past six years. We wish him every success in the future."
The Company is commencing a search for a replacement immediately and a further announcement will be made in due course regarding the timing of Neil's departure. Neil will remain with the business for the time being to ensure an orderly hand over of responsibilities.
