Second interim dividend - payment date

16 March 2023

In its Full Year Results 2022 statement of 2 March 2023, Melrose Industries plc (the "Company") referenced that the second interim dividend will be paid on 18 April 2023. The Directors of the Company hereby announce that the second interim dividend payment date has been changed to 11 April 2023, in order to effect the DRIP prior to completion of the proposed Demerger.

The second interim dividend record date of 10 March 2023, and all other details in the Full Year Results 2022 statement, remain unchanged.
