Dividend record date correction
On 8 September 2022, Melrose Industries plc announced, in conjunction with its interim results, that the Board has declared an interim dividend for 2022. The record date for the interim dividend was incorrect, and should have stated that the interim dividend will be paid on 20 October 2022 "to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 September 2022."
There is no change to payment date for the interim dividend, which remains as 20 October 2022.
