The Company announces that it was informed that Alice Dilnot, wife of Peter Dilnot, Chief Operating Officer, bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/21 pence each in the Company on 9 December 2021 at a price of 150.9773 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Dilnot and persons closely associated with him hold an interest of 68,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.00156% of the issued share capital of the Company.
